1. If you are making payments via Card;

a. a convenience fee will be charged over and above the fee mentioned above.

c. Failure to do so, would result in your registration being incomplete.

3. We will reserve slots on “first come-first served basis” and do not guarantee a slot for delayed payments. However, if you need us to make a special arrangement, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid disappointments.

4. There will be no refund once the registration is confirmed.

a. If a registered participant fails to attend or is unable to attend, no refund can be claimed.

b. A registered participant can request for replacement with another person.

c. A registered participant can request to use the amount paid to offset the cost of attending a future training program.

You are hereby informed by the Management of Pinnacle Alliance Global Training & Consultancy (PAGTC):

• You will be required to provide concepts, ideas, materials, images, videos, suggestions, feedback, and/or other content throughout the program. Your photos / screenshots and videos of you in the session will be taken while the sessions are in progress. These are taken for the purposes of your personal improvement, record keeping and marketing.
  
• I am aware that the above will not be considered confidential and that these may appear on PAGTC’s social media channels, website, promotional materials, or any other media now known or to be invented. I am aware that PAGTC cannot be held responsible for unauthorized use of the images and I am aware that I am not entitled to any compensation.
