Hisham is an internationally recognized Certified Trainer from City & Guilds (UK), Lead Trainer and Consultant at Pinnacle Alliance Global Training & Consultancy. He is also the Managing Director of Pinnacle Alliance (Private) Limited, a diversified business entity that operates in multiple industries.

Prior to discovering his calling as a corporate trainer on soft skills development, Hisham was a banker by profession for more than 10 years following his stints of working overseas in South Asian, South-East Asian and Middle East regions. He is an accomplished orator who was no stranger to speaking in public, the decision to switch careers became the first step leading to the birth of Pinnacle Alliance.

Hisham is a natural extrovert and a keen strategist with an innate passion and belief in enriching and empowering the capabilities of individuals. He plays an integral role in understanding clients and their cultures to develop tailor-made corporate training solutions that align with their aspirations and long-term strategies for growth.

He has trained hundreds of individuals and dozens of organizations in his career and his hands-on, personalized approach has been a hallmark in Pinnacle Alliance’s philosophy of personal and professional transformation.

Hisham is an Associate Member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Training and Development (SLITAD). He holds an Advanced Diploma in Teaching, Training & Assessing Learning from City & Guilds (UK) and is an alumnus of Staffordshire University (UK), holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
